You may qualify to take part in a clinical research study evaluating an investigational treatment called FB301 in women planning to undergo a frozen embryo transfer (FET). This study is designed to learn more about the safety of FB 301 and how it may affect vaginal microbiomes.
What is the purpose of the study? The vagina has bacteria that keep it healthy. The mix of bacteria
is called the vaginal microbiome. In some women, this mix is out of balance (called dysbiosis), even if they do not have symptoms. This imbalance has been associated with infertility, though the exact relationship is still being researched. This study is being done to evaluate the safety of an investigational product and its effects on the vaginal microbiome in women with vaginal molecular dysbiosis who are planning to undergo a frozen embryo transfer (FET).
Eligibility Criteria:
Pre-menopausal females, ages 18 to 40
Previously experienced a FET that did not result in pregnancy
Have a Body Mass Index (BMI) between 18-42 kg/m2
Planning and willing to undergo a FET.
Being part of this clinical trial is voluntary.
All study-related procedures and treatments are provided at no cost. Compensation up to $6,000.00 is available for eligible participants.
