INTIBIA – Urge Urinary Incontinence Study (Click here for more information)

The Intibia is a single-use, programmable implantable tibial nerve stimulator. The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the safety and effectiveness of the INTIBIA system for the treatment of urge urinary incontinence.

The aim of neuromodulation therapy (nerve stimulation) is to target the nervous system involved in the lower urinary tract and bladder function and control.

You may qualify for this study if you:

Are female between the ages of 22-80

Have a diagnosis of urge urinary incontinence for at least 6 months

Have failed conservative/behavioral therapies and are willing to abstain from medications for treatment of symptoms of overactive bladder

Being part of this clinical trial is voluntary.

Eligible participants will receive all study-related care, procedures and medication at no cost.  In addition, eligible participants may receive compensation for time and travel.  No health insurance is required to participate.
